Tip Ishøj Municipality makes it easy and simple to report damage and other conditions on the municipality's land that should be rectified.
Tip Ishøj Municipality will initially only be used internally in Ishøj Municipality, but eventually it will be opened up so that citizens can make reports directly to the municipality, as described below.
Press "Tip Ishøj Municipality" on the front page to report a tip, and you will be guided through.
Here, you would be able to choose between a number of different types of reports for, for example:
- Waste (discarded waste, waste container, etc.)
- Graffiti
- Green areas (Lack of care, mowing and mowing, etc.)
- Park and city equipment (Errors on fixtures, signs, fountains, etc.)
- Roads and paths (Lack of sweeping or holes in the road, etc.)
For the report, you can write a comment and take a picture of it with your smartphone.
Your position is then shown on a map, and you have the option of moving a crosshair to the exact place where you have observed the damage. Your entire report is then sent to the municipality, which will then investigate the damage.
Under My Tips you can see the status of your reports and follow the municipality's handling of the damage. The municipality has the option of sending you a message and can indicate when the damage has either been rejected or rectified.
In order to use Tip Ishøj Municipality, you must create a profile with your contact information. The pro file creation starts the first time you use the application, then you are logged in the next time you have to report a tip. Your personal information will not be used in other contexts. The information is only used so that we can get in touch with you if we need further information about your tip. In addition, we want to guarantee that the reports are serious.
Minimum requirements: Android smartphone 2.3 with internet, GPS, and possibly camera.
