I encountered an issue while using your mobile app to transfer money. When setting up a new recipient, I entered the full name and account number. However I missed out a digit when entering account number. Despite this, the app saved the details without any validation. As a result, the transfer went to the wrong person. A suggestion to implement a validation check to confirm that account numbers and names match before saving recipient details to improve security and user experience. Thank you.

I used to rely on the BSP Fiji app for quick access to my account balances, but it stopped displaying them on the home screen. My phone even suggests the app is outdated and needs an update, yet there's no update available on the Play Store. This has been going on for quite some time now, and it's incredibly frustrating. I hope the developers fix this issue soon because right now, it's only worthy of a single star. Disappointing experience.

This app is disappointing and has not been designed to customers needs. The menu paths are not intuitive at all which is a standard for all apps. Now I am also facing log in issues as with many of the users who have provided feedback. It looks like a a recent issue that BSP does not seem to be able to fix or provide an explanation to users. The entire app needs a redesign. Its painful to use.
