The RolloN is an initiative of the REGION NORMANDIE, developed by the Association Monnaie Normande Citoyenne. The service is aimed at professionals who have their establishments in the Normandy Region and adults residing in the EEA (European Economic Area) who have a credit card associated with this account to credit their RolloN account. These people must also be in possession of an email address in order to subscribe to RolloN services.
