About this app

The Head Start Coaching Companion is now available as a mobile app! This video-sharing and coaching feedback application is for early care and education staff, including coaches, teachers, family child care providers, home visitors, and peer coaching teams. Use the Coaching Companion app to document shared goals and action steps, upload videos for focused observations, and engage in reflection and feedback. Discover a variety of practical and relevant resources from the resource library, like example video clips to watch, share, and use in coaching cycles.
Individuals can select an existing organization to join when signing up. It is recommended that each program assigns at least one organization administrator. The administrator is responsible for requesting the creation of the organization (if it does not already exist) and managing the Coaching Companion account. This person does not necessarily have to be an administrator within your program. See the Join page for more information about requesting individual and organization accounts.
