Manos Dimitroulis is a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist, a graduate of the Department of Clinical Dietetics-Nutrition of Harokopio University. He holds a master's degree in the department of Applied Dietetics - Nutrition of Harokopio University, specializing in Nutrition and Exercise. From 2002 to 2004 he was successively secretary, vice-president and president of the students of Harokopio University. From 2004 to 2006 he was employed at the Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics laboratory of Harokopio University. From 2004 to 2007 he was in charge of the Dietetics team of the Joe Weider Gym chain, supervising 20 dietitians. Since 2005, he has appeared on morning television shows, giving nutritional advice, while at the same time writing articles for magazines and newspapers. Since August 2007, he maintains a Nutritional Support Office in Glyfada and founds the company dietstories. Since 2013, the diet stories office has been moved to Ano Glyfada, in a larger, newly built space.
After many years of personal application of careful nutrition, many trips and culinary experiences, Manos Dimitroulis integrates balanced cooking recipes into his diets, turning nutrition and weight loss into a pleasant and unique experience. In 2014 he created his own recipe channel on youtube in his effort to educate people and help them cook healthy and at the same time delicious.
From 2015, he starts delivering healthy nutrition and cooking seminars, while in 2016, he opens a new dietetic office in the swimming center of OAKA and begins cooperation with the complex's gyms.
In May 2016, he published the first book with over 100 smart healthy cooking recipes framed by nutritional analysis and in the form of a daily diet, they amply prove that the taste pleasure does not have to be sacrificed on the altar of a healthy diet. The book quickly became a best seller and its first edition sold out.
From June 2017, collaboration with the Panathinaikos polo team and other sports clubs that train at OAKA begins. From February 2018, he undertakes the dietary monitoring of the athletes of the national rowing team.
In May 2019 he publishes his second book Dietstories <400 kcal, with recipes with less than 400 calories per serving, which soon becomes a best seller as well.
Since July 2020 he is the GNTM Dietitian, having the nutritional supervision of the budding models, while training the contestants in healthy cooking.
As part of the scientific monitoring provided by dietstories, measurements of body composition and basic metabolism are carried out!
People who exercise, patients with health problems, pregnant and lactating women as well as people with weight problems are helped to find their way nutritionally, to adopt an ideal weight and to be educated and trained in matters of healthy eating, lifestyle, physical activity and daily cooking!
