Ratings and reviews

Cannot generate card account statement, no support chat, for almost every operation (except payments) "call the bank or go to a branch". Ridiculous. Very outdated functionality and usability. And comissions are everywhere.

English UI translation is awful, like it is done by Google translate back in the days. Although Bulgarian version is worst as the UI addresses the user in the quite annoying 2nd person singular - "ТИ".

Besides speed, I find the updated version useless. Previous one would allow creating a .pdf of swift. Now, even screen shot is not possible due to security reasons. What's the point of this? What's to stop me taking a photo with another device? I am using my mobile banking mainly for communication as well. Why prevent screen shot? To the normal person this is an obstacle, not improvement.
