Normally top-up through the browser. Upon trying to register on app, I'm told my email address is already registered. I attempt to sign in, clicking 'forgot password'. Screen says 'verification code sent'. Nothing received. Clicked 'resend password'. Green banner appears stating 'text sent successfully!' Still nothing. Have tried several times. Rang support (1800844800) Only advice was uninstall/reinstall while on call which didn't work. Told app has glitches. Try again in the future. π€·π»ββοΈ

I see the app online and looks good, but on my phone there is no option to check the "spending" menu. I can only top ip and that's it.

Hi Fabio, What type of meter do you have? Some of the features, like checking balance and app usage (where you can see your spend) are only available to SmartPay customers.
