1. It does not work with Android 10. 2. Cannot find / save the files at all. 3. No path to select, only select /emulated/0/... 4. Does not support CSV & PDF files only look for XLSX files.

update: now it only backsup contact. Call backup is not there. 1. Missing Dual SIM information: unable to recognise from/to which SIM call placed/came 2. It's not using xlsx format

be aware that the output date format of the phone calls is not standard for America. it output the date in DDD DD/MM/YYYY at hh:mm ?M format. additionally, it only provides about 1 month of call history. I personally need 3 months or 90 days worth.
