I made the payment and it showed some duplicate record problem. I enquired about this problem in the payment issue section of the app but they responded that the transaction never took place. But the amount got cancelled from my account, and it happened again today. Worst customer service.

I have booked the ticket on the app the booking was very smooth.. When I am about to start to the movie. I have received a message from you stating that there is a change in movie on the same screen. Actually there is no such change. Why you create panic in people and your helpdesk will not work after 9pm... After all we are going to movie for relaxing not for panicking... Thanks

The worst application i have ever used I never recommend this. money has been debited and tickets are not confirmed, even the customer service is worst I have shared my details to the helpline and waited for 20 days for refund still no use. Every time the customer service guys are saying that the refund is in progress but no use these are scammers. Don't loose your money on this application .book my show is far more better than this go for it
