worst experience with this app. Firstly history of points added is not properly shown in app please hire some good engineers at backend. second redemption of is pain merchandise coupon redem is very hectic process it should be one click process from app but has to physically go to desk and they take approx 1-2 hours to generate coupon sometimes they say server issue cpme back later.. please improve customer experience

The app is good .but the management of the app is poor. I used to get the purchases recorded and points get updated before leaving the mall.now since mid march Eventhough the bill showing the eligible points ,it never get added to The app .issue was communicated to the team responsible ,told to wait for 15 days.but till now no addition of the points or no response from them about their investigation outcome 3 of my bills since march 24 are stil pending. Please resolve

I submitted a bill for cheer points and uploaded the bill, then it gave me a notification that it was approved but i updated the app before checking,, after updating, when i checked the status, cheer points were 0, & 1 bill is submitted but in Approved, Pending & Rejected tab it shows No items, what to do?
