The shipping experience with them was good, I liked the images of the product feature, shipment tracking is good also. But the delivery of the shipment took a while because of a payment issue, and when I received my order I had to pay extra amount because of customs. Good experience overall but not the best.

It's the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered books through buy4me, I waited almost 19 days but no progress on my order and now almost 10 days and I didn't receive my refund. It's like nightmares

I received my shipment with a missing item, and there is a photo of that item in the account. I tried to contact customer service but no one answered me. Very disappointed with the company.
