Today I decided to look for a tool like this. After testing all of them, this is the only one I found that does what I needed. It allows me to take a long video and cut it into several separate clips of variable sizes without having to reload the original each time. Shocking that the others don't. They allow a single split and save and then start over.

What good is it if you have to hunt and peck on the seeker bar, and just hope that you have the right place to make a clean split? If the display actually showed where you are in the video as you scrolled, it would presumably be perfect for what it's trying to be, but without that one crutial feature, it's a million dollar car with a solid steel windshield.

Does what it says on the tin. Load video from gallery. Select multi split. Low video quality. Low audio quality. Split- done. Splits saved to disk almost instantly. This was done on a small video. A few seconds long. I'd need to try it on the target hour long videos too but it looks promising.
