The app never rings when the door is unlocked... Never! Battery optimization is off, and still nothing. I have the bridge, but it's useless if I can't hear the doorbell ring. I had a Pixel 6 Pro and had the issue and now with my Pixel 8 Pro... same thing.. even if the app is open, it doesn't ring. And when I run the diagnostics, it shows everything is connected.

I use this app and Smart Lock for my business and it's great. It's user friendly to set up and I can schedule it to lock and unlock my door. The door sensor (in beta) is quite reliable. It would be nice to have a door closer option so that I only get one notification per entry. But I realize for most people that is not a problem. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the notifications can be inconsistent but that may be due to my phone (OnePlus Nord). Highly recommended!

The app is not what it was. Frequently fails to connect with the lock, notifications are not coming through, auto unlock barely works and the lock reports as locked when it is jammed. With regards to latter, the lock knows it's jammed because it reports as such, but then decides it's locked, incorrectly and for no discernable reason. This has been my experience with a 2.0 and a 4 Pro and on two different mobile devices during that timeframe. I'm not sure what you've done, but youve broken it.
