As promised & a bit more. Once again as of Oct 9 2024, the app does not load. Uninstalled, re8nstalled, no change. I keep thinking De'Longhi will figure it out on the next update. Now I think it will never work reliably. As of April 17 2024 - this app will not properly launch. It gets into a loop, startup screen, register/login, then minimized. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, reset the wifi on the machine, and finally was able to relog-in and connect. All is working now.

flaky as hell. sometimes app flashes and crashes and simply would not connect after a month of sunday tries. eventually paired but I can't say what the ultimate magic thing I did to get it to pair. excellent coffee/espresso machine just need to fix this app. also. stop requiring people to create accounts somewhere to use an app.

Truly fantastic machine. And the app is promising. Occasionally it will work in sending in an order. But the menu only appears when the machine is on so you can't adjust your settings, but even when the machine is on, the app fails to save your custom settings at all. But today, the app logged me off and stayed in a circle of crashing.
