Cannot login the app. The baitak rewards website also asks for civil id and sign in but it doesnt proceed further .. App needs to be improved !

19/07/2023: worst service from KFH is this App, always a message "Failed to send OTP" to sign in from Europe, also to book a hotel, it will not allow you to book the hotel in the same day, must be one day ahead .. it even doesn't deserve a 1 star 04/04/2023 Failed to send OTP, is there anyone working on fixing this app ?? Old review; It have a problem with the OTP , it say that it's wrong while it is not, also it not accept to resend.. plus the app itself was used to be very poor functionality

Never worked, I get errors every time after confirming OTP input.
