Permission to Access

1. Mandatory Access : Citi Mobile® requires access to the following in order to function.
- Files and media : Allows the app to use public certificates, store passbook copy and pdf.
- Phone : Allows the app to determine device ID whether the network is active.

2. Optional Access : Citi Mobile® works best when given access to the following.
- Location : Allows the app to look up nearest branch/ATM.
- Notifications : Allows the app to send notifications.
- Camera : Allows the app to take a picture of ID card, recognize faces, upper body shot, scan bar code/QR code for service application.
- Alarms and Reminders: Allows the app to control automatic log-out.

* Citi Mobile® will not function on jailbroken/rooted devices. Such devices will need to be reset before running Citi Mobile®.

Korean banking system seems stuck in the 1980s. I thought South Korea was meant to be technologically advanced. The citi bank app and the whole Korean banking / payment system is like something that came out of North Korea it's that dated. Why can't everything be more user friendly like in Western countries. This app claims to be an English app but when there is an error, it comes in Korean. Poor app all round

Looks nicer, but since the update, UX design ignores device language of choice for many options and forces Korean use. If change of language is in the settings (which are in English), it isn't obvious

Terrible experience. Keeps showing things in Korean despite having English selected. Error loops back to itself endlessly preventing login. The worst experience I've ever had.
