I'd give zero if possible. Cancelled before trial ended, was still charged. No one available to take phone calls. Sent several emails. Had to cancel my card & get a new one reissued. And metrofax just tried to charge that one too! Oh & pretty important thing also is that I sent the same fax three times to same place & the recipient did not get a single one. Bad business all around.

I have been with this company for about 3 years now and have had no issues. I have never had any technical issues so I can't say if customer service is good. Apparently, the apps is awesome enough and we page access are good enough that I didn't need help. The price for minimally using for people like me makes it an overall best faxing service!

I was looking for a way to fax a claim and I found this app with a free trial. Its helping me because Its hard to find somewhere to fax in the community. The problem is that I must send large files with alot of pages in separate faxes. Otherwise it doesnt go through. I also would like the option to ad a header/footer notes on each page or customized option. More space on the coversheet would be nice. A feature with templates for coversheets would be nice. Other than that.. So far so good.
