e-Mongolia is an integrated system to obtain services provided by the government regardless of space and time. The app was updated to include more flexible configuration options, such as hiding the user's profile picture and logging in with fingerprint (face) recognition technology, and increased accessibility solution.

Ratings and reviews

It's just terrible. They made the simple things way more complicated. Just going to your designated places and asking personally was way fast, easy. If they can't make a good app like others, just stop it go back to old method there is no shame.

Not reliable and time consuming. Like a lottery, sometimes I get what I needed, but other times, the app isn't responsive.

Can't we use this app from overseas? Why it is sending verification code only for user's local phone number? You should update this to send to user's e-mail address.
