The Telia app gives you who have a Telia Mobil subscription an overview of data consumption and costs (also works for other subscription types than Telia Mobil, but can provide some limited functionality).

Cannot log in at all. asks for my phone number, I give it, it asks again in an endless cycle. Same story logging in with email. No recovery option. Apparently basic IT is beyond Telia.

Can't log in. Gives "Please login by typing in your username and password manually.", even when done as requested. Tried a full phone factory reset to no avail. Currently on Android 15. Even more buggy in 2025. Unable to redeem included datapacks. App acts slow and bloaty.

I can't receive calls on my new activated SIM card. And contacting customer support is impossible. The contact form is unavailable, there is no chat with a person and even the chat with the chatbot is not working!
