I’m very disappointed with Pos Laju’s service. The tracking often shows “Delivered” even when the parcel hasn’t arrived, or changes to “Pending” for no reason. This confuses customers who wait all day. If it’s marked “Out for Delivery,” it should arrive the same day, not delayed without notice. Please improve transparency and reliability😐

update Nov 16,2025. getting worse, local rate calculator not working. Developer, pls test run yourself to see the problem. date 7,2025. Unable to track any ,track number record did not display. International rate calculator not working.

Apps asyik loading je....kena tunggu kalau nk save tracking...kenapa tak auto save tracking no tu...kadang2 xkeluar untuk save tracking... tidak boleh save tracking no....
