I opened the app just now, just stuck on the logo page, no working. Last time, I printed the airway bill, but it won't jump to the next process. Kindly fix the bugs. It was too much, and often.

can you fix the bugs on the app it's stuck at the logo only and it really pisses me off when I can't use the app for creating consignment note. how many days already no body is fixing it.. what the hell is pos laju company doing ? service getting reli bad..

I’m very disappointed with Pos Laju’s service. The tracking often shows “Delivered” even when the parcel hasn’t arrived, or changes to “Pending” for no reason. This confuses customers who wait all day. If it’s marked “Out for Delivery,” it should arrive the same day, not delayed without notice. Please improve transparency and reliability😐
