Ratings and reviews

So far, so good. The app has not faltered yet. Everything has worked well, from ordering online to receiving discounted deals and receiving the rewards. You can even keep track of your purchases / spending (but it does take 24 hours to update).

The old app was great, could easily log on, see rewards. Since the update it doesn't recognise me even after 3 ways of logging in, even scanned the OG Myer card barcode and still system failed. Uninstall and install. Such a shame as the notifications prior were great and notified me of deals etc. Fix the bugs. From a Silver Myer Member.

I thought I would download this app, hoping it would make shopping online easier, but it won't even let me log in because it says my date of birth is wrong. I had no date of birth saved as it's not compulsory to be a member. Why make it compulsory to use the app, then? Even when I added the date of birth to the system, the app wouldn't recognise it yet. Completely useless.
