Ratings and reviews

After ordering the albums, you can not see anymore the uploaded photos or how the album will look like, so if there is something wrong with the album like the photos don't appear in the order you specified, their support will say it's your fault and they can't do anything about it. L.E.: They did an improvement since 2022: I was able to pay buy card at checkout.

Extremely bad experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use this app. It stated in the app that the album will be delivered in 4-7 working days, but it wasn't. After I wrote them, they said it's not 4-7, but 9-10 working days. Then again it wasn't delivered in that period, and they said delivery period is calculated from the moment that album is done and they send it (which is absolute nonsense).

This app makes you lose a lot of time. You stay and try and try to upload the photos and after you finally manage to upload them and you want to buy the final products you get an error right at the end. I don't know if it happens all the time but this black friday I tried for 3 days in a row and I get the same error at 76%. Every single time. But guess what if you buy the products that are not on discount it's working.
