Confused and upset. I cancelled my subscription yet I still keep getting attempts to have my bank charged for the yearly subscription. Please resolve this. Edit: I really appreciate the quick and helpful response. Have reached out and hope to get this issue resolved. As far as the app goes, it's great and gets my mind going but I'm too broke right now to pay the yearly.

Sorry for the confusion! It sounds like the charge may have started processing before the cancellation went through. Please reach out to us at support@brilliant.org so we can take a closer look and help resolve this - we're always happy to help!

so far I believe the courses are quick but thorough and I was able to freshen up on subjects quickly. Issues with an area in puzzles about "lying" with robots and lights - I had the right answer for 3 problems but when I checked answer it said incorrect but showed unanswered problem...but then the explanation proved me right so after 3X I stopped. I didn't have a problem anywhere else so far ..I don't know if that was just random glitch or if there is something that needs your attention.

Enjoyed trying out some of the features on the free version, but it appears there's no 30 day trial availabile, so I'm not keen to do an annual plan without properly testing it out, or pay for an over-priced 1 month. Hope they re-enable trials, as the free plan is too annoying with the overly time-wasting nag screens. Edit: Thanks for the response. Unfortunately there was no trial option available where I am. I've risked it and gone for annual despite lack of trial, and it seems good :)

Thanks for your feedback! Our trials are free, so there’s no money-back guarantee needed. They roll into an annual plan unless canceled beforehand. Monthly plans are separate and don’t include trials. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to support@brilliant.org!
