So, I've had the app almost since it's introduction, and it works. It is not fancy, but does the simple stuff and that's it, great! HOWEVER. They've fallen into the AI / Virtual assistant hole, and forced it upon the app in an uncloseable, unmovable bubble that covers the only info I care to get from the app, the values and numbers of transactions / accounts. I don't need virtual assistant. What's the point of a banking app, if they cover how much money I have? Useless until it's removable.

Thank you, Wade. We've heard similar feedback and are currently working to remove the button from the non-help areas inside the Online Banking mobile app.

The app is very user friendly when it works, when it doesn't it's HUGE pain in the butt with all the bugs. It has issues Connecting, issues doing mobile deposit and the app crashing, and also issues that cause you to duplicate transfers. It's a fantastic app when it works but these issues pop up way too often. I'm on a brand new $1k phone and no other app has crashed except this one.

Terrible. The old app was great, simple and very easy to use. The new one seems cluttered, used to be able to simply transfer payment of any amout to loans, now there are multiple steps and if you want to make partial payments it wont let you. And when trying to type the keyboard covers everything. Not impressed.
