The app is decent. Not many options and not fully connected to the bank. For instance if you want to add a account it will send you to the website. Another thing to add you need to update your website it's not that properly informative. Everything isn't properly aligned. Like I thought I was opening a checking account but it was a bank card. No what the bank provide like the second chance options are great. So far I hope with this chance I can make everything right.

EDIT: Raised to 4 stars, remote deposit is restored, or appears to be. I haven't tried it yet. OLD REVIEW: So far, AWFUL. No way to do a remote deposit. Don't see any advantages over the previous app at all. Credit Union says they are aware of the problem and the vendor is working on it. ALSO, I'd like to disable the passcode. I'd argue that the passcode LESSENS security by bypassing the password and only requiring a 4 digit number to log in for anyone that has access to your phone.

The app feels half baked. There is no mobile deposit feature (something the previous app was able to do). Plus, the new application won't link up to my Empower Personal Dashboard, which makes transfers into Hope from an external savings account more of a headache than a used to be.
