They just forced me to switch apps. I only log in like once a month or so. The real issue is they didn't transfer my account over properly or notify me of my new login I should theoretically have. This is modern "customer service" in banking. If my old account was usable, this would be fine.

The app is useless!!! When I try to use it it tells me my username and password is invalid and can't login. It's absolutely STUPID!!!!!! They need to fix it or remove the app. It's like having a car that won't run sitting in your driveway, it's dead weight!!! I give it ZERO stars.

Again, I need to read that I am posting about the App. The app works awesome, below is my thoughts on the Credit Union staff which I also believe is good to know if you need help with the App. Also so helpful and willing to take the time to make sure you are able to navigate the many different ways to access your account and money.
