Zero stars for the bank. The app needs a "report transaction" option. Being notified of a fraudulent traction doesn't help if you can't immediately stop it. I should have closed my account when the girl who signed me up couldn't spell my name right from my drivers license. VLFCU is like banking with Towelie from "South Park" since no one inside has any idea what's going on.

Everytime I get on the new updated app. It now wants me to reset my password for security reasons it says. The only issue is it says it everyday or/and everyday I try to log back in. Why? I've NEVER had this issue in the past.

Updated and wouldn't open. Deleted and reinstalled and says there's a bug and to update when developer provides a fix. Samsung S22 Ultra
