ONE OF THE WORST PAYMENT GATEWAY I have ever seen. They don't have a proper support system no email or even chat supoort instead, they rely on a cheap bot and ticket system to which they never respond, even after 24 to 48 hours. They refuse to verify a website and seem clueless about how to verify it, despite having all the complete and accurate details submitted for verification. Learn something from RazorPay, you incompetent dumbz, YOU WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.

It's been more than 10 days since I logged complaint. No one even tried to resolve. Why so much time needed to resolve this? Better to choose other payment gateway service. At least they have dedicated customer service team to connect with. -- Client is Not able to make payment using any of the link shared. Everytime app shows error of Page couldn't find. Not happy with such service. Resolve it quickly and connect with me. Not sure why you have hide your customer care no? MId- 8636223

Don't believe this payu team they cheated on us with holding our amount.. we have uploaded all required documents but haven't got the amount yet, and keep asking for the same documents for again
