The FocusMobileLite mobile application is an addition to the Focus Contact Center platform. The application is dedicated to employees on the road, outside the office, making business calls.
The application is compatible with the Focus Contact Center platform, it takes sales and customer service to a whole new level. FocusMobileLite is a solution that enables high-quality customer service from anywhere in the world. A user working outside the office can make outgoing and incoming calls using his mobile number, and the data from his calls are sent to the Focus Contact Center platform.
The mobile application is available for Android (version 6.0 and newer), it requires installation in the phone's internal memory and Internet access.
The application uses the device administrator rights.
The application requires access to make and manage phone calls.
The application is used only to synchronize calls from the phone history to the Focus Contact Center platform, for the purpose of reporting the work of field employees.
A field worker, who mostly works outside the office, can make outgoing and incoming calls using his or her work mobile number. The FocusMobileLite mobile application runs fully in the background and allows you to register incoming and outgoing calls.
Thanks to the FocusMobileLite application, an administrator working on the Focus Contact Center platform can easily download reports on field agent calls and control the work of his employee.
For locally based agents, the administrator or supervisor can check the progress of work and their effectiveness, whether they are answering, dropping, or simply not receiving calls. This can be checked through dedicated reports for the Focus Contact Center platform.
The same property is provided by the FocusMobileLite application. It records connections of remote agents who are unable to work with the panel. The mobile application first synchronizes the connections of remote agents from the phone's contact history to the mobile application, and then synchronizes them from the mobile application to the main Focus Contact Center application. After synchronization, the administrator or supervisor can check this data in the report on the connections made.
The FocusMobileLite mobile app is for call logging only and is fully synchronized with the Focus Contact Center platform. The application records call history only during defined working hours for users.
An unregistered / logged-in user who does not have an account in the Focus Contact Center platform, it is not possible to use the application and record the call history.
The number of licenses is determined on the basis of the Agreement concluded with Focus Telecom Polska.
