All the information in the app is opening through a built-in browser. It even asks if you accept the cookies. It lags, and often, the UI wlements are not even scaled right for a phone user. Quite often, you'll see a screen saying "não disponível" when trying to open the app - it's just not working right now. Shameful

This app is a joke. You have to fill all your details whenever you want to add money to your number. What is the point of having an app that doesn't remember your data (phone number, nif...), what is the point of an account with phone number associated to it? Why the app can't use this data to be able to recharge in one tap?! So all you can do with all the effort of having an account and remember another password is just to see current balance...

last week,at my home,wifi didn't work and i called the number 16209,nobody didn't responce, after that i went to meo shop baixa chiado,there also they didn't responce very well.just only they told me someone call you latter, when they called from 16209 but nobody didn't speak anything and after some second they disconect the line,i visited meo shop baixa chiado 5 times.after 5 days mr.Flavio came at my home and repair wifi.you have to quick responce for the costumer,teach your staf about service
