The REPfirst App was designed by MarketSource to optimize its workforce. REPfirst is used to engage employees, organize, and motivate the workforce through an immersive, connected experience!

Ratings and reviews

For anyone who's app crashes when they try to leave it open, try leaving the app on the 'Messages' screen. This should stop it from crashing everytime you open the tab. It should NOT take 4 minutes (not exaggerating) to load anything. It glitches. It's slow. It sucks. We use this app to clock in & out of work & everyone of us absolutely hates it. -Honest review.

Well the app is a bit slow first of all but I can deal with that, but now in the chat area the screen stays dark and only puts part of what you text into the chat area. Before the chat area was lite up were you could see everything. When it came to the texting everything use to show up and now it does not. It is very annoying and aggravating.

I have to uninstall and reinstall the app almost every work day. I'm "late" because the app will refuse to open or crash in the middle of opening the schedule. The training, schedule, and time card buttons shift constantly. The fact that it's called Repfirst 2 implies that there was a first and I'm wondering how bad that app was to make this one 😅
