NN Direct is the application that brings to your phone what is most important to know about NN insurance and pensions.

You can pay your insurance premiums or voluntary pension contributions quickly and securely with any bank card, and you can save your card details to make payments easier. If you are among those with an appetite for investments, also through the application you can make transactions with fund units in a few simple steps.

Moreover, you have access to the history of paid insurance premiums and pension contributions and you can update your personal or contact details whenever changes occur, by simply scanning your ID card.

In case of an insured event, you can send us all the details through the dedicated menu in NN Direct, where you can later follow the status of your request. We will notify you if we need additional documents, which you can also upload to the application.
Account activation is short and remote, and for authentication you can choose the classic option (email and password) or, even simpler, with facial recognition or fingerprint.

Just another resource-draining useless app - no charts, no nothing. You closed the nndirect website forcing your clients to use this while the world invests in Web 4.0... What about your eldery clients or the ones who simply do not want this app?

Very bad UX, slow to load, you have to search through each page to find the information you are looking for. Making changes to your financial portfolio almost impossible. You gen confirmation messages for changes that don't apply and every now and then payments don't work.... An embarrassment of an app

My complain is mainly about the company. I resent the fact that I'm obligated to use the app as a single online interaction solution. I was using the computer and that waas ok . I don't want for every little thing to have an app in my telephone.
