Official application of the MFC of the Leningrad region.

The application will become a personal assistant to users and will make the process of obtaining information about the activities of the MFC more convenient and accessible - with its help, users can easily make an appointment at the MFC, clarify the status of the application and check the readiness of documents. Get the necessary information about services, find out the latest news from the MFC.

The mobile application has the following functionality:
- search and selection of services by category;
- search and selection of the nearest MFCs;
- viewing information about the MFC work schedule, addresses and telephone numbers;
- viewing the location of the MFC on the map;
- pre-registration in the queue for a visit at the selected MFC (subject to authorization through State Services);
- view the status of the request;
- viewing news from the MFC;
- assessment of the quality of service provision (subject to authorization through State Services).
