Attention, this is a separate application! It differs from the free version in that there are MORE dictionaries and NO advertising. Also note that your study statistics in the free version can be transferred to the paid through the Menu - My progress (save and then, respectively, download from a file).
The application consists of 9 sections:
“Theory” is a section with brief instructions for working with the application, as well as with small lessons to help beginners learn English.
“Learn words” - a section for memorizing English words.
“Writing Words” is a section for training spelling of English words (spelling).
“We compose phrases” - a section for training the construction of sentences (syntax).
“Listening” is a section for training listening comprehension of English words and context phrases.
"Dictation" is a section for training the spelling of English sentences and listening comprehension.
"Pronunciation" - section for training pronunciation of English words.
"Tests" - a section for testing knowledge of the English language by performing special tasks.
“Games” is a section for consolidating acquired knowledge and gaining new skills in a game form.
All training is based on tasks, during which the user receives gold stars. With a set of 3 stars, the dictionary element is considered learned. At the same time, English words and phrases are pronounced by the built-in speech synthesizer (controlled by the system settings of your Android). It also provides for the conclusion of transcription of 3 types: British, American and Russian.
Importantly, each user has the opportunity to create their own dictionaries and tests on topics of interest to him personally and add them to the application. Or use the download of additional dictionaries from the public database on the developer's site.
I’m sure that in the English Plus application, each of you will be able to find something interesting for yourself ... A beginner will learn the thousand most used words (having included transcription in Russian for a start), already having an elementary base, he will expand his knowledge by working with phrasal verbs, sentences from exercises, idioms and proverbs, and the expert will test his strength in quotes. By the way, in proverbs and quotes, the Russian translation is sometimes somewhat different from the literal (apparently, people flabbled during use), but on the other hand it’s even more interesting to guess.
I also note that in the “Listening” section, you can use voice input to dial an answer (see the microphone key on your keyboard).
And one more piece of advice: be sure to say out loud the phrase of context! When a person immediately tries to speak aloud in a foreign language, the assimilation of the material occurs several times faster than usual ... Then he sometimes wonders how these phrases come to mind)
Differences between the paid version and the free one:
+400 phrases for beginners;
+700 most used words;
+494 basic verbs;
+200 irregular verbs;
+200 phrasal verbs;
+700 phrases from exercises;
+385 phrases from audio courses;
+283 idioms;
+573 citations;
+ lack of advertising.
I wish everyone a successful download of the application and success in development!
