“UK PZhREU” is a full-featured mobile application for interaction between owners and housing enterprises, which has no analogues on the market.

A mobile application is just the user interface of a large software package that provides not only convenient interaction with clients, but also automates and optimizes many processes in a housing company.

Pay bills, submit applications, submit meter readings, participate in general meetings and surveys, receive notifications from the company, view camera images, open barriers/gates. All these features are implemented in our application.

- fill out an application, find out the specialist’s arrival time, chat with the contractor, track him on the map, evaluate the quality of the work performed;

- transmit meter readings. View consumption statistics for various resources, see that the readings are included in the accounting department and will be taken into account in the calculations;

- receive a receipt, send it by email, pay using any type of card, view payment history, receive an online payment receipt;

- submit proposals for including work in the plan for future periods, see proposals from the management company and your neighbors, discuss proposals in the chat;

- take part in a survey or voting online, track its results in real time;

- evaluate the quality of cleaning in entrances and courtyards;

- chat with your neighbors;

- receive notification of important events in the house;

- view the image from CCTV cameras, open the barrier (gate);

- receive additional services presented in the marketplace;

- it is possible to administer several premises from one account.
