About this app

My IMC App is part of our commitment to the community to pioneer a unique approach of healing the body, mind and soul by applying the best global healthcare standards and pursuing divine ethics.

Through this application, which includes the International Medical Center Network that includes both the International Medical Center Hospital and the First Clinic, we strive to provide a seamless patient experience using convenient channels for our visitors and patients, providing them with secure access to digital healthcare anywhere and anytime without the need to visit our healthcare facilities.

My IMC is designed to serve our patients by giving them a full overview of their health situation (medical records, medications and allergies).

My IMC App features include:

• Book, reschedule or cancel appointments.
• Ability to self check-in and pay through the application.
• View and download smart lab reports
• View and download radiology reports, cardiology reports, sick leaves, and operative reports.
• View your prescriptions and Medications.
• View and download health summaries.
• Find a doctor.
• Access exclusive health tips from our partner the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
• Learn more about IMC clinics and departments.
• Receive helpful reminders and notifications.
• Use IMC Symptoms checker to diagnose your health condition.
• Call us directly or through the Virtual assistant or request a callback for our services.

International Medical Center (IMC) will add regular updates to the My IMC App, aiming to build one of the most useful, interactive and innovative services globally.

For the past week I have been trying to access laboratory results, radiology, sick leave and everything else but it either shows nothing or kicks me out of the app when I try to order the reports. When I called I was told the issue would be fixed by Friday and it still hasn't been fixed. This is ridiculous since I need those reports and I wasn't given anything upon discharge.

It's a fantastic App, I loved it Specially organising the appointments, rescheduling and cancelling etc. I strongly suggest that one app should have all family members data inside, rather than signing in separately for each individual kids. This will help us in saving time for multiple appointments etc. With same doctor. And reading reports at one place etc.

The form to request special medical reports/results truncates part of the phone number and that field cannot be modified. The phone number on files is automatically entered but missing one digit. After that, the validation system rejects the form submission due to invalid phone number!! This is a mess that has been there for years and that I called multiple times to inform the hospital about. Fix this form please so we can request special results/reports without going to the hospital.
