Due to the clean up activities of the people of Nima, the survival of insects is under threat. Sewage waste that serve as their breeding grounds are drained. Refuse dumps that provide them safe havens are either burned or sprayed on with disinfectants and insecticides.
Fearing that his kind might be wiped off from the face of the Earth, the King of Flies decided to make peace with the humans. However, during the peace talks, the humans made it clear that his affiliation with and use of pathogens were unacceptable to humankind and warrants death on sight. Ambushed in hostile territory, the King must escape with the help of Amos Fly, the only surviving member of his royal bodyguards.
Armed with his pathogen cannon and tough skeleton to redirect the chalay attack from the humans, Amos Fly is determined to get his King home.
