Moved settings-related and About menu items to the Settings dialog.
Added CPU speed configuration (Auto/3 MHz/4 MHz/6 MHz/Maximum).
Added on-screen keyboard display mode configuration (normal/overlay).
Emulator will not attempt to autostart screen BIN images on BK-0010.
Set EMT 36 / .BMB10 "STOP pressed" error code on BIN image loading error.
Fixed menu loaded BIN image starting by S directive for BK0010/KNGMD config.
Fixed on-screen joystick buttons stuck.
Fixed screenshot share preview.
