About this app

Put on some Bluetooth headphones, tap the center button, and you can hear and amplify what your phone's microphone is picking up.

It's also possible to set up an automatic noise-trigger for audio recordings and have them sent to your email.

Whether you want to responsibly audio-monitor your environment, hear the TV and conversations better (non-medical hearing aid), or just listen to birdsong from indoors, Ear Scout amplifies and streams the audio from the mic to your Bluetooth headset (mic-to-headphone) in real time for remote hearing.

HEADPHONES REQUIRED. To avoid audio feedback you need to use headphones.

SAFETY FEATURE. After starting the app the volume increases gently to the set level. This way you have time to adjust to high gain settings from the previous session.

REVIEWS: Please review the app if you try it.

Ear Scout amplifies sound coming from your phone's microphone straight to your earphones (direct mic-to-headphones audio). To fine-tune the incoming signal, use the audio equalizer.

DISCLAIMER. This app is for remote hearing via email / Bluetooth (e.g. listening to nature / property monitoring) and sound amplification (non-medical hearing aid), not to listen in on private conversations. Please use Ear Scout responsibly.

Love the app Ive used it for years haven't had a complaint.... But recently on my moto edge+ (2023) I can't seem to find my recordings in my internal storage... I can listen to my recordings in the app but a can not move them save them elsewhere or edit/enhance them by simply going through my internal funding the superhearing folder and selecting the recording I need... What has happened there or am I missing something? Assistance would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks guys keep listening 🎧!

I can say that by far this is the best app that I have used to maintain my innocence and I will continue to use this app to do so thank you so much for creating this the decibel level thing you got so it automatically records that's awesome it worked out very well my only issue has been how to figure out to share a file or audio recording if you will so I can send it to the right people to maintain my innocence. That has been my only issue.

Ear Scout is a commendable app, don't get me wrong. It certainly amplifies the sound of your device's mic and picks up otherwise faint or distant sounds very well, but I am ditching this app and uninstalling it now that I've noticed the app alone takes up over 1 whole gigabyte of space! That is a deal-breaker for me, despite the fact that I have over 1 terabyte worth of space— seems entirely to large for its functions.
