Bad app, not very useful. 1) You have to login every time with mobile number & OTP, doesn't use PIN or fingerprint login. IF you are stopped for checking or if you are out of mobile coverage, you're SOL. 2) Refresh doesn't work - it just hangs. 3) One has to manually add each item, it doesn't retrieve anything based on your mobile number and some id proof. Still needs a lot or work to be useful.

I'm writing this review after updating the app. You guys mentioned that you have resolved stability issues and fixed some bugs. Here I'm facing issue while adding my RC and DL. It doesn't proceed after I enter my RC details and DL I'm not able to select RTO office. I'm not getting any options. Great govt app. Many negative reviews but still it doesn't work.

Waste app unable to save my driving license in the app Before the update it was good now it has become waste Cant use it launch other app so that people can use your services properly And give an option to delete the data if you cant make the download of the data what the user wants to I have put my driving license number 20 times and its not yet downloaded in it
