"Reactio" is a software package designed to increase the speed of interaction between operators of centralized surveillance panels and rapid response teams.
Working principle:
- The alarm message received by the APC operator is transmitted to the server "Reactio".
- The Reactio server detects the nearest rapid response team to the alarm object and sends an exit task and additional information about the object to its tablet.
- The rapid response team, having received an exit task, sees on its tablet the route from its location to the alarm object and leaves on assignment.
During the processing of the task, GSHR uses an intuitive reporting system to send the APC operator the status of its execution.
- At this time, the APC operator in real time, using the operator interface, can see all GSR on the map, their location and the status of the task.
- In addition, the status of the task sent by the GSR is displayed in the SPTS event grid for viewing by the APC operator.
For correct operation, the application must receive data on the current location of the GSHR in the background, so that the GSHR will be able to receive a task to travel to the object to which it is closest.
