Don't waste your time. Like others have stated, freezes on splash page/logo. Same for both tablet and mobile (Android). After 5 min, get error "Unable to connect to server. Check network settings. " Yeah, like it's my devices that's the problem. LOL. Instead, download the Libby app, look for Weber county library and login with your library card. Reserve books, download ebooks, tag titles for later. Does everything. ***Recommend the county look for another web developer.*** Cheers!

This app is bad and the support is even worse. The app wouldn't install so I reached out the developer, Solus UK, and they wouldn't take my bug report since I wasn't a known contact from the library staff authorized to submit a trouble ticket. What?! I'm just a user trying to tell you that your app doesn't work. Now the app installs but hangs on the splash screen. I have to clear the app cache every time I want to try to use the app. I'm not even going to bother with their support. Uninstalled!

Completely non-functioning app. I just got my new library card for Weber county. Attempted to install the library app on my iPad and also my android phone. The app installs, but there's literally nothing there when you open it. All you see is the logo screen. There is NOTHING navigable to tap on! And I get the same result on both Google Play and Apple Store iOS. How has no one been made aware and fixed this?? If the app is under-maintenance, why wouldn't that alert be posted?
