I have no words for how worst is this app ...I had applied for character certificate 2 times but every time app keeps loading and saying that something went wrong after many tries when I reach to payment option then it keep saying some issue in payment gateway and then automatically it keeps showing that I have to wait for next 72 hours for transaction update...such a waste of time and shame on the government that they can't even provide and develop an flawless working app...👎

It is a very useless app. I applied for my character verification. After deducting the fees, they did not give any sleep or any proof of payment. They asked me to wait for the hour, but after checking the amount for 72 hours, it showed that payment was not made. Now it is almost a very useless app. When I went to the Kotwali, they said that we did not receive anything like that. But it was showing that the verification reached the Kotwali twice and money was deducted. Totally wasted app

Have been trying to do domestic help verification for last more than 6 months. Get same old error internet issue. This app is a useless app. Even if your tenant is not from UP it does not do verification. It's funny and shameful how apps of retail outlets work flawlessly but the app of up police does not. जय हो.
