I only just started using it. But so far it is a great app and camera. I would like to purchase cloud storage, however, they don't seem to give you enough information like if I purchase it for a month right now then decide JUST B4 the month is done that I like it and want to buy cloud storage for a year. Will it then charge me for both, or will it just change it to a year subscription??

The hardware is excellent, but software needs more work. Submitted email two weeks ago for much needed improvements but no answer or acknowledgment. Bought 22 of these POE cameras.

....and now notifications stopped working. Went from a grear app to useless
