Using Connect Broadband has been an average experience. The internet speed is decent most of the time, but it occasionally slows down, especially during peak hours. Customer support is hit or miss — sometimes helpful, sometimes delayed. The app and interface could be better. It’s not the worst service out there, but definitely not the best either. If you just need basic internet, it does the job, but don't expect anything exceptional.

Using Connect Broadband in my office and the experience has been great. The internet speed is reliable, the connection is stable, and their customer service is responsive. Perfect for daily work and online meetings. Highly recommended for office use!

Iam using connect broad band since 2021.And I have 2 wifi of connect. It is very fast and Customer care and onfield services are too good ..if you call technician with in 30 min they are in your door step and they have very fast services. Especially they never had any speed or signal issues. I love connect .
