DHBVN Consumers can View Particulars of their Bill, Make Payment towards their Bill through Debit Cards, Credit Cards or Net Banking facility anywhere and anytime. Consumer can also View their Payment History and View their old Receipts as well. Consumers can also lodge complaints related to E-Payment Service through this Mobile Application.

The app is very basic, not have all the features which it should have, we need to refer the physical copy for detailed information. Payment option is also not upto mark. Most people pay bill via UPI these days, although other platforms have the option to pay DHBVN bill but still if you have included bill payment option then all the modes of payment should be included.

The user interface is very bad; it can't even properly display a full sentence. Additionally, it's not showing any data or meter readings. This application is useless.

It is convenient to pay the bill but the major drawback is that we can not see the bill details apart from the amount. We have to wait for the physical copy of the bill to know the bifurcation which doesnt makr sense. Why to waste paper when technology is available for our use
