I’ve invested significant time engaging with this application, and it’s disappointing to find it unstable and largely untested in its current form. The fact that users cannot even log in represents a fundamental failure that should have been identified well before release. It’s evident that substantial development effort has been invested, yet without proper end-to-end and user acceptance testing, the result falls short of basic usability expectations.

Would never recommend the visa card very unreliable especially if you are outside Zimbabwe. Exorbitant bank charges as well, they took $60 in charges for just withdrawing $1700

It is a nightmare to access my account. I have never enjoyed using my visa card money as I am always failing to access it from the time the cards were said to have been upgraded. I am reallydepressed and thinking of abandoning BancABC completely.
