Horrible experience. Honestly, I will change my electricity provider after my new customer discount ends after 3 months because of the app. Top3: 1) need to login every time with bank credentials. There is an email login, but you can't use it because it takes you to bank login and then to the app right away. 2) you don't see c/kWh averages on the app, you need to calculate it yourself manually. 3) trying to see daily, monthly or hourly data is a nightmare with the one pixel wide columns.

Login with email and password stopped working in July. The app lets me reset the password, but that does't resolve the situation. Using bank credentiala to sign on is frustrating.
