Never, ever had a problem with this app. After the August 2924 update, it takes forever to get into my thermostats. It takes less time to go boot my laptop, open the PC web browser version, set my thermostats and log off. All while my Android phone app is still buffering. I have it happening on two different Android phones, all I get is the spinning buffer circle... BTW, it is still buffering while I wrote this review.

Would be nice if the Venstar program would allow adjustment for the air conditioner to not turn on again after at least two degrees after it turns off on automatic. I'm having to keep turning the Venstar thermostat program manually throughout the day as it keeps turning on and off every couple of minutes making the compressor work harder with a higher electrical bill.

we installed the venstar wifi in our clientshome, I am a service tech, and just happen to keep the app after installing. good thing I did, we started having flow issues, do to anoid rod deterioration, by monitoring the system remotely through the Venstar app I was able to predict when filter/screen needed cleaning, we now have replaced the mag. anoid with an aluminum. I am so glad to have the app. it saves so much for work. reassures your home is comfortable. thank you Venstar. RADIANCE .
