The eTicket.app reads chip cards for public transport via the NFC interface and displays available information.
Please note: The information read out and displayed with the eTicket.app does not replace the presentation of your chip card during an inspection.
The names of the tariff provider (PV) and the issuer (KVP) as well as the period of validity are displayed for the tickets stored on chip cards.
For Germany tickets, the ticket name and the saved passenger data are also displayed. For other ticket types, the stored information is only displayed as a number, since this data is not stored in plain text on chip cards according to the standard of (((eTicket Deutschland (VDV core application).
